"An Alternative Way to Deal with Stress"

I enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Course after a friend recommended it being a new way to deal with stress. Since this time, I have been so thankful for the opportunity to begin the art of Meditation with the help of Usha. I feel it has reached many areas of my life. These include, like my friend said, finding an alternative way to deal with stress, a more relaxed approach to life, and working on an inner peace. One big realization for me was also learning that I couldn’t control others' behavior, but I could change the way I reacted to it.

I am now looking forward to developing my practice in the years to come as well as reaping the ongoing benefits.
