Mindfulness Meditation
This class was for beginners who want to cultivate awareness of how the mind and body are connected and how they influence our thinking, actions, and behaviors on a moment-to-moment basis.
Memory Training
In this six-week course, students learned creative tools and strategies to form new neural connections. They learned to overcome absentmindedness, remember people's names, and quickly recall important information.
